As a member of the Ascent family, you decide, with other members, how you want your services delivered. As a cooperative, we are guided by our Board of Directors, who are elected and voted on by every participating member, and every member has an equal vote.
Ascent welcomes you to join our family. An Ascent representative is happy to meet with you in your home, in the community or at our office located in Flagstaff.
